After week 3, I started thinking, “no effing way…” (because I got pregnant on the first try, and I’m 40+yo) LOL Finally during the week that should’ve been my period, my boob pain evolved and I got cramps (very rare). I had several periods when ttc where i was convinced I was pregnant, it felt different unusual symptoms etc. I got a negative pregancy test result at home on 17 dpo. I get sore boobs every month before my period and never cramps until my AF comes, on my BFP cycle I was cramping from O day and have been since, the pain in my breasts was different it was more like a burning sensation.
